Thank you for taking the time to view the Trademark Homes website. I know that selecting a custom builder for your home is a difficult and sometimes challenging task. Therefore, I would like to take the time to give you some information on my background.

I have been involved in the building industry for 25 years and have personally participated in the construction of over 500 new homes in Columbus and its surrounding communities. In contrast to many of my colleagues I have personally performed all phases of custom home construction from framing to trim carpentry.

My early years as a trim carpenter led me to a position as Production Manager for a remodeling company working primarily in German and Victorian Village. After several years I took a job as Construction Superintendent for a small custom home builder in Westerville. 5 years later I was hired by C.V. Perry builders to establish their production line, Fieldstone Homes. I worked as their Production Supervisor for 7 years helping to establish them as one of the best in Columbus.

In 1995 I decided to follow my entrepreneurial mentors and started the process of building Trademark Homes.

Today I build on average 7 custom homes a year. My educational background, attention to detail, and hands on experience give me an insight that rivals most of my competition.

Recently I earned my Ohio Real Estate License which allows me to sell my clients existing homes and purchase land for them at a discounted rate.
